First of all with all due respect the PM has not been convicted on any moral ground or issue relating to his character, its just about interpretation of constitution that whether he should write a letter or not, PM's point of view which is well respected has been that President of Pakistan is not just an individual but represents an institution, the best way to deal with this is that parliment should discuss the law and how to interpret the constitution, I would request the anchor persons not to use the word "convict" loosely. Regarding court judgement every body has right to do appeal against it, why PM to be denied that right, the correct interpretation of president's immunity in the constitution can only be done by parliment and not by PM and court should appreciate that fact. Unfortunately our instutions are not strong and super powers and other enemies of Pakistan have always exploited this fact to their advantage.

The PM should respect the SC decision ASAP. I think the opposition should put a motion of no-confidence on the PM on the floor of the house, failing which the opposition should resign.
