Under the income tax law in Pakistan, Tax is deducted at source at the time of payment of Dividend to the shareholder/director.When Nawaz Sharif & other family members received dividend, they paid income tax on receiving the dividend. They are NOT required to pay any further tax, as they have already paid the tax on dividend income.
