| Doctors once considered the noble profession but their is big question mark on their moral ethis, they are money minded by putting their effors on private clinics. you can see the growing advancements in the private sector like Shifa international, islamabad Diagonostic, islamabd private hospital. So in this prevailing situation how you think that they are generous to their profession. If their attitude remains same, so all the govenment medical college shoul be privatised and every new student shoul be self financed, it will change the scenario. Inshalallah. student who would be Goverment funded would have to signed the bond and affidavit for ten years to open trhe private clinic. all the mal practices should be eradicated like sekf dispencing, having own refrigeratos.

| | Mubashir Luqma, if you read the comments please consider this comment and do disscuss this it, is it feasible or not, it has been announced by Mr nawaz shareef to distribute 300 thousans of lap tops to the their electoral constituencies and it is been established that they have the budget to do this. if they are willing to give the laptops so is it not possible to give and establish all these computers to busdiness communities forcefully. in order to do their business transactions with receipts with a reasonable softwares for the benifit in the way, with receipt tax department will understaqnd the sales data and revenue generated by them. every person should be educated in that way that they should purchase the products with receipts instead of dummy receipts. in one year with this step we can increase the tax net and can minimise the vandalism of tax department. i am confidant that in whole punjab with this budget we can cover the whole medium and large size business units. that should invest in this way as compare to direct purchasing of the vote from people. in the first step they should be placed in the doctors chambers, whole sale distributors,a class retailers and so forth.May be my comment is folish butwith discussion you can consider it. |

I would like to tell every single citizen of Pakistan, we can not be a civilized unless we have job for our every citizen who is jobless.
I would like to tell my nation about government duty.
Government duty is to create jobs for every single citizen who is jobless.
Government must be aware about how many people are finishing their study every year and how many jobs need to create for them for every year.
Government must make plan for every year for every one who is finished primary school or middle school, or high school or college or university level education and he can not continue his study for his family matter or his personal matter but he need a job to live alive so, government must provide them jobs.
It’s more hard time to judge leaders in sense of their honesty with the Pakistan.

The candidate must be aware about his area community in term of society’s problem. He must know how many people are living in his area. How many educated, how many uneducated, how many employed, how many

When he will become a part of parliament, he can raise his community problem in the parliament and can join any party who will sure him to solve his society’s problem within 1st six month and candidate also must take the opportunity to solve his area problem in first in term of to create jobs for unemployed people in first six month and so on etc.
Local community must make sure about their elected candidate, is he doing his job honestly or not.
Candidate must be available for his local society 7 days a week to listen their local people’s problem and complaint. He must be able to solve the problem.
If he fail to deliver his service to the local community than local community must not wait for his 5 year corruptions. local community must sack him and choose an other candidate. l
Local community must have their own local committee. Every single street’s honest person must be a part of this committee. This committee must use their power to keep check and balance on their elected candidates.
If they feel that he is not able for this job than must sack him and find an other and elect him.
