Government files review petition against SC contempt law verdict

The government has filed a review petition in the Supreme Court against the judgement striking down the Contempt of Court Act, 2012.A decision to file the review petition was made after President Asif Ali Zardari met with coalition partners and Law Minister Farooq Naek last Sunday.
