| Distribution of laptops to brilliant students may be a good idea. My question to Punjab government is; laptop is more important or electricity? If there is no electricity, how students are going to use them. It is like you buy aples and distribute them, instead planting an aple tree and let it grow naturally so more people can have apels without spending a lot. A country is like a tree, which we have to plant groom it until nation can reap fruite. Pakistan need to grow in many basic, esential sectors and services. So far Punjab government idea such as yellow cabs, sasti roti has failed. Laptop issue will disappear as well.
