| 25th Dec. is Christmas day for Christians. Because of Imran Khan's jalsa, Christians of Karachi will certainly suffer. It surely will be an inconvenience because many routes will be closed and transportation will be a big problem. Social atmosphere of the city will be different; many times there is use of different police tactics to control the crowd, so hope for the good.
PTI should bring minority friendly policies and they are claiming the same, but their actions are not showing it. |

| | جب سے تحریک انصاف نے اپنی سیاسی قوّت کا عوامی مظاہرہ کرنا شروع کیا ہے جس کا نقطہ آغاز ڈروݧ حملوں کے خلاف دھرنوں سے ہوا تھا اور جس کا چونکا دینے والا غیر معمولی مظاہرہ لاہور میں ہوا .پاکستان کی دیگر اقتدار کی امیدوار اور دعوے دار جماعتیں بوکھلا کر اور کلبلا کر منفی رد عمل کا اظہاراور جوابی کاررواێ کا آغاز کر چکی ہیں . اصل مسلہ اس وقت شدّت اختیار کر گیا جب سکّہ بند اور معروف سیاست دان گروہ درگروہ اور جوق در جوق تحریک انصاف میں شامل ہونے لگے . اس سلسلے میں شاہ محمود قریشی کی شمولیت نقطۂ آغاز یا بارش کا پہلا قطرہ ثابت ھویی -اس کی ساتھ ہی پیپلز پارٹی جو ابھی تک تحریک انصاف کو مسلم لیگ ن کی لئے ڈینٹ اور اپنے لئے رحمت سمجھ کر بغلیں بجا رہی تھہی اس کی توپوں کا رخ بھی تحریک انصاف کی طرف ہوگیا .خاص طور پر شاہ توپ فیصل رضا عابدی اور ہیوی مشین گن فوزیہ وہاب کا نشانہ تحریک انصاف ہے .اب ایک طرف تو مسلم لیگ اور پیپلز پارٹی تحریک کی خلاف متحد اور اور متحرک نظر آتی ہیں تو دوسری طرف تحریک کی ہمدرد اور خیر خواہ جن میں اکثریت نوجوانوں اور دانشوروں یا تبدیلی کی خواہش مند غریب عوام کی ہے وہ بھی تشویش میں مبتلا ہیں کہ کہیں ان گھنوں کی پارٹی میں شمولیت ساری گندم ہی کو گند میں نہ بدل دے . عمران خان کا سب سے بڑا اثاثہ اور کشش ان کی مستقل مزاجی ، واضح نظریات ،دوٹوک گفتگو اور فاٹا میں بے گناہ شہریوں کی سفّاکانہ قتل پر ان کا موقف تھا .اس کے ساتھ ہی کرکٹ میں ان کی بےمثل کامیابی ، شوکت خانم ہسپتال اور میانوالی جیسے چٹیل علاقے میں بین الاقوامی میعارکی تعلیمی مرکز کا قیام تھا . ان کی اپنے موقف کی ساتھ مستقل مزاجی اور اس کا بہ بانگ دھل اظہار ، امریکا کی کھلی مذمّت کی حکومت کی جھوٹ اور لوٹ مار کا پردہ چاک کرنا عوام میں ان کی مقبولیت کا بڑا سبب تھا . دوسری وجہ روایتی سیاست دانوں کی گندے ہتھکنڈوں ،جھوٹ اور لوٹ مار سے لوگوں کی بیزاری تھی وہ پرانے چہروں اور ان کی فریب کاریوں سے بیزار تھے . ایسے میں عمران خان انہیں تازہ ہوا کا جھونکا اور تبدیلی کا نقیب لگا . لیکن حال ہی میں ہونے والے کچھ واقیات اور اشارات اب اس یقین کو کچھ متزلزل کر رہے ہیں . وجہ سابق قاف لیگیوں کی تحریک میں شمولیت نہیں جیسا کہ نون لیگ یا پیپلز پارٹی والے واویلا مچا رہے ہیں کیوں کہ اس حمام میں یہ پہلے ہی سے ننگے ہیں . واحد صوبہ جہاں قاف لیگ یلیکٹوں میں اکثریت سے جیتی تھی وہاں سب سے پہلے پیپلز پارٹی نے نقاب لگائی اور تمام چمچوں کو لوٹا بنا کر اپنی حکومت قایم کی . پنجاب میں مسلم لیگ نون نے دانہ ڈالا اور اپنی حکومت کو قایم رکھنے کی لئے قاف لیگ کی پرندوں کو استعمال کیا . رہی سہی کسر چودہرے برادران کو باقیات کے ساتھ مرکز میں اپنی حکومت کا حصّہ بنا کر پوری کردی .یوں اب یہ موضوع ہی مرفوع القلم لوگوں کے ذہنوں میں خدشات اور اندیشہ ہاے دور دراز نے وس وقت جنم لینا شروع کیا جب انہوں نے اپنے حالیہ دورہ امریکا میں امر حکّام سے طویل ملاقاتیں اور اسفندیار ولی قسم کے مزاکرات کیے جن کا کؤیی اعلامیہ یا تفصیل اب تک سامنے نہیں آ سکی ہے اس کے ساتھ ہی امریکن سفیر براے پاکستان سے تنہایی میں ملاقات ساتھ امریکا کے خلاف ان کے بیانات کا اچانک بند ہو جانا ہے . اب یہ تو خدا ہی بہتر جانتا ہے کہ یہ کسی سیاسی حکمت عملی کا حصّہ ہے نظریات و ترجیحات میں کسی تبدیلی کا نتیجہ یا پھر امریکا کو کسی قسم کی یقین دہانیوں کی وجہ . صحیح صورت حال تو الله یا امریکا یا پھر عمران خان کو معلوم ہوگی لیکن جہاں تک عوام کا تعلق ہے تو دودھ کا جلا چھاج بھی پھونک پھونک کر پیتا ہے اس لئے عمران خان پہ تمام تر اعتماد اور تبدیلی کی امید کے بہ وجود لوگوں کو چاہیے کہ ١٩٧١ کی غلطی کا اعیادہ نہ کریں اور پارٹی کے ساتھ ہی امیدوار کا کردار دیکھ کر ووٹ دیں ورنہ ر کہیں ایسا نہ ہو کہ بعد میں کہنا پڑے کہ " یہ روشنی تو ہمیں اور کر گیی تنہا دیے جلاے تو سایے بھی بام و در کے گئے |

LAHORE: The Sharifs own property worth more than 20 million pounds (Rs 2.7 billion) in and around Central London, Daily Times has learnt. Of these, the Sharif family residence, three flats at 17 Avenfield House, 118 Park Lane alone are worth around 12 million pounds (Rs 1.6 billion).
According to documents available to Daily Times, Flagship Investments Limited, one of the companies run by the Sharif family in London, owns property worth around 10 million pounds in Central London. This does not include the value of the company’s offices.
* Hasan Nawaz Sharif, the son of PML-N chief Nawaz Sharif, is listed as the director of company on official documents.
Luxury residences: According to its website www.flagshipinvestments.co.uk,
the company refurbishes and redevelops luxury residential properties in top end Central London locations.
Sought after properties in Mayfair, Knightsbridge, Kensington and Bayswater are their primary focus.
The company’s address listed on the website is Stanhope House, Stanhope Place, Marble Arch – one of the city’s priciest neighbourhoods.
However, according to documents seen by Daily Times, the company moved to Tower Bridge House on St Katherine’s Way in November 2007 – a much more upscale property located near the bank of the River Thames.
Properties: The company’s website lists several properties, which include
* Flat 8, Burwood Place – London W2, worth 700,000 pounds (Rs 96.6 million);
* Flat 9, Burwood Place – London W2, worth 900,000 pounds (Rs 124.2 million);
* 10 Duke Mansions, Duke Street, London W1, worth 1,495,000 pounds (Rs 206.31 million);
* Flat 12a, 118 Park Lane, Mayfair – London SW1, worth 475,000 pounds (Rs 65.55 million);
* Flat 2, 36 Green Street – London W1, worth 800,000 pounds (Rs 110.4 million); and,
* 117 Gloucester Place, London W1 (value not listed). The website also features a piece of real estate near the Buckingham Palace, which is valued at around 4,450,000 pounds.
In addition, one of the properties listed on the website –

| | The way I reads Mansoor Ejaz statement ,it seems like he is a hired gun, he has been meddling in the affairs of many countries prior to Pakistan. by whom ? its hard to ascertain because there are many suspicious characters involved, it could be Zardari, Haqqani or an anti- PPP party working to dislodge them. Masoor Ejaz is a good salesman and knowing PPP's , he was either used by Haqqani or he is working for another group , India and Israel, by using his connection in the U.S. This man M E must be tried in court for his role in the last 15 plus years to destabilize a country. How come he does not have any peddling in the affairs of India or Israel. ISI must move to try him ( Mansoor) in the Court of Law. |
